 CECINA 

It is a very recognized meat in our Peruvian jungle, which comes from the loin of the pig, is very exquisite and has different ways of preparation.

Cecina is a typical meat of the Peruvian jungle and has different types of preparations and presentations.


                          TACACHO WITH CECINA                      


It is prepared with green plantain (cooked, grilled or fried) that is crushed and mixed with butter and salt. Which is accompanied with its fried jerky.

The regional dish is served with white rice, yucca and their respective cooked jerky.
